Terms & Conditions Of Offer
To qualify for this offer the client must:
Have received a minimum of 25 hours of practical driving tuition from Birmingham Driving School within the 30 week period immediately prior to Their Driving Test.
Maintain continuity of driving lessons, by having a minimum average of 1 hour of tuition per week during the 4 week period immediately prior to Their Driving Test.
Have passed a Mock Driving Test with Birmingham Driving School within the 4 week period immediately prior to the DSA cancellation date for Their Driving Test.
If the client fails the Driving Test and has fulfilled the criteria above, Birmingham Driving School will pay the DSA fee for the 2nd Driving Test (currently £48.50)
The 2nd Driving Test will be booked by Birmingham Driving School, (we will not refund any money if the client books the Driving Test themselves)
We will endeavour to obtain the earliest appointment for the 2nd Driving Test, subject to DSA rules on retests, and the availability of the client & their Instructor.
The 2nd Driving Test will only be booked on a weekday, (If the client wants a weekend test this might be possible to arrange, subject to the client paying the difference in the Test fee.)
The client must continue to take driving lessons at a minimum average of 1 hour per week for the period of time between the 1st and 2nd Driving Tests.
All Driving Lessons taken to qualify for this offer must be with the Driving Instructor that issued the voucher relating to this offer, it is not transferable.
The driving lessons leading up to the 2nd Driving Test, and the 2nd Test must be taken with the same Driving Instructor that prepared the client for the 1st Driving Test.
The client will be responsible for the cost of Driving Lessons taken between the 1st and 2nd Driving Tests, and for the cost of the use of the Driving School car for the 2nd Driving Test.
Only One Driving Test will be paid for by Birmingham Driving School, if the 2nd Driving Test is failed, the costs of Driving lessons and Driving Tests will be the responsibility of the client.
A Voucher will be issued to new clients in relation to this offer.

To qualify for this offer the client must:
Have completed a minimum 2 hour assessment lesson with Birmingham Driving School, and then booked the length of course recommended by the Driving Instructor.
Have completed a minimum 5 day Intensive Course with Birmingham Driving School, organised to coincide with the driving test appointment.
If the client fails the Driving Test and has fulfilled the criteria above, Birmingham Driving School will pay the DSA fee for the 2nd Driving Test (currently £48.50 after April 2008 £56.50)
The 2nd Driving Test will be booked by Birmingham Driving School, (we will not refund any money if the client books the Driving Test themselves)
We will endeavour to obtain the earliest appointment for the 2nd Driving Test, subject to DSA rules on retests, and the availability of you & your Instructor.
The 2nd Driving Test will only be booked on a weekday, (If you want a weekend test this might be possible to arrange, subject to you paying the difference in the Test fee.)
For the 2nd Driving Test the client must have:
One extra day training to coincide with the day of the test.
Or:-
Two half day training sessions (3 hours), one to be the day before the test, the other to coincide with the test.
Or:-
The client must continue to take driving lessons at a minimum average of 1 hour per week for the period of time between the 1st and 2nd Driving Tests.
The client will be responsible for the cost of Driving Lessons / training days taken between the 1st and 2nd Driving Tests, and for the cost of the use of the Driving School car for the 2nd Driving Test.
